KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- • Supervise, mentor, and appraise nursing staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical guidelines and the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) standards.
- • Plan and coordinate staff training, shift schedules and continuous professional development initiatives.

• Registration and valid practicing license with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
• Minimum of 3 years of Nursing experience, with at least experience in a supervisory or managerial role as well.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
