• Business Development and Sales Growth • Identify new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel to drive growth and expand PAUL’s market share • Actively monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to address any shortfalls • Support FSCs and bankers in achieving sales targets. • Collaborate with the Head of Bancassurance to design and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns. • Provide feedback on the performance of bancassurance products and recommend enhancements based on market demands • Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and leadership to foster loyalty and commitment to the partnership • Act as a primary contact for assigned bank partners addressing their needs and resolving any challenges promptly • Work closely with internal teams such as operations and marketing to ensure seamless support of bancassurance activities • Reporting & Compliance • Prepare and submit timely sales performance reports to their line manager. • Ensure all bancassurance activities comply with each partners policies and procedures • Team Leadership • Organize regular meetings and training sessions for FSCs to enhance engagement and performance. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
