• Customer Care & Lead Management (Boda Logbook Satellite) • Attend to clients and those referred from all channels, capture correct KYC details. • Follow up on leads generated from all sales channels • Guide clients through the loan process and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) • Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve in-branch queries • Technical Oversight • Conduct quality control checks to prevent theft, tampering, or poor placement • Provide basic technical training or demos to clients if require • Satellite Oversight & Field Supervision • Supervise daily activities in a designated satellite location • Monitor channel performance(agent/FSO/Associations/Walk-in) lead flow, and prompt loan disbursements. • Coordinate logistics: tracker availability, documents, client visits, etc. • Act as the liaison between the satellite and main branch, ensuring targets and reports are aligned • Provide daily/weekly updates on performance, client feedback, and operational challenges • Branch Operational Support • Support the sales team in daily reporting, agent coordination, and tracker stock control • Escalate challenges from both the main branch and satellite promptly

• Strong in customer communication and technical problem-solving • Ability to multi-task across field and in-branch roles • High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability • Basic familiarity with Excel Microsoft/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
