KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Property Listings Upload: Accurately upload and update property details (photos, descriptions, pricing) to www.rentify.co.ug
• Client Communication: Engage with prospective tenants by phone, email, and chat—explain listing features, answer questions, and build rapport
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling site visits and ensure they show up prepared and on time
• Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback, report trends, and collaborate with our tech and operations teams to enhance the platform
