• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. • Follow up on commercial operational activities with different departments as and when requested by the Managing Director. • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. • Managing the Managing Director’s calendar and setting up meetings by supporting in planning of the weekly schedule. • Making travel and accommodation arrangements. • Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the Managing director. • Conducting research and analysis on issues of interest to the Managing Director. • Supporting and managing a high volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the Managing Director.

• Proven work experience (4 years) as an Executive Assistant. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a high level of integrity. • Agile, flexible and ability to work with diverse teams.
