• Deep passion for coffee, beyond the brew
• Strong skills in espresso, milk-based drinks, and manual brewing methods
• Confident, energetic and warm communicator — especially with customers
• Excited to share the mission of Wild and the journey of our beans
• Big dreams in coffee — whether it’s grading, roasting, or even owning a coffee shop one day
