• Accurately verify all products prior to dispatch or receipt. • Verify picking slips against load manifests and invoices. • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff i.e. Forklift Operators, loaders, off loaders etc. in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and • dispatching goods. • Ensure mixed pallets align with customer orders. • Adhere to FEFO and(or) FIFO standards of warehouse operations • Inspect returned products and empty bottles from the market. • Coordinate truck space allocation for loading and unloading activities. • Perform daily and Monthly stock counts as per procedure. • Oversee stacking and organization of empties, full products, and pallets in the yard. • Address and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments, or stock shortages. • Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet operational requirements. • Oversee Safe/proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts & pallet jacks). • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries and shipments. • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Qualifications • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, • Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Business Administration,or related field. • Experience • At least 1 year in Procurement and Warehouse Operations. • Competencies • Ability to work in teams. • Honest • Assertive • Self-disciplined
