• Support completion engineers in planning and preparing well completion activities. • Assist in the installation of completion equipment, including tubing, packers, and safety valves. • Keep accurate documentation such as daily reports, equipment logs, and job records. • Help diagnose and resolve minor operational issues under supervision. • Manage inventory and ensure necessary completion tools and materials are available. • Contribute to developing completion programs, procedures, and risk assessments. • Take part in post-operation reviews and performance evaluations. • Assist in the proper maintenance and handling of completion equipment and tools. • Provide on-site technical support during completion operations as needed. • Ensure compliance with all HSE standards throughout completion activities

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Foundational understanding of completion processes, techniques, and tools such as tubing, packers, safety valves, and downhole screens. • 2–3 years of experience in oil and gas operations, preferably in well completion. • Knowledge of oilfield operations, industry safety standards, and HSE procedures. • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, field teams, and operations staff. • Experience with technical software (e.g., well planning or data analysis tools) is an added advantage. • Candidates should preferably be below 45 years of age.
