• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for new and existing software applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.
• Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
• Ensure all software complies with security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing development practices and tools.

• An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Oracle Java Certification, or similar are an added advantage.

• At least five (5) years of work experience in software development, three (3) of which must have been at Officer level in a reputable organization.
