Who we’re looking for &

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, education, social work, or a related field
• Are fluent in English, Lusoga, or Luganda
• Are 21-35 years old, preferably with roots in Eastern Uganda (Mbale, Busia, Tororo, Namutumba, Iganga, Bugiri, Bugweri, Mayuge, Jinja, Kamuli)
• Are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and youth development
• Strongly align with our values, culture, and safeguarding standards.
