We currently have opportunities for:

• Business Development Supervisor— 1 position  

To drive sustainable business growth by identifying, acquiring and developing quality customers and financing opportunities for the company while maintaining strong portfolio quality and deepening client relationships across the loan lifecycle. The role bridges sales execution and credit discipline, ensuring the team originates high-quality business aligned with the institution’s risk appetite.

• Relationship Officers — 2 positions  

To acquire, manage and retain customers by identifying suitable financing opportunities, supporting loan applications, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring portfolio quality and timely repayments.

• Credit Analyst — 1 position

The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting independent, objective and comprehensive credit assessments of customers and financing transactions.

The role involves analyzing the financial capacity, business performance, transaction structure, repayment sources, security and overall risk profile of applicants and making clear credit recommendations to management or the Credit Committee.

The Credit Analyst must ensure that financing decisions are based on sound credit principles, adequate due diligence, proper risk assessment and compliance with the company’s credit policy and approved concentration limits.
