KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and manage stock movements between warehouses and across distribution points
• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using digital systems
• Investigate, report and resolve stock variances and discrepancies and execute regular cycle counts
• Monitor inbound/outbound flows, and ensure compliance with dispatch protocols
• Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to meet demand requirements
• Implement and support risk controls in stock handling and security
• Generate actionable inventory performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, BCom, BBA, BIT, or equivalent
• CIPS certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume inventory control or dispatch
• Experience with inventory management systems and and warehouse risk management practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
