1. Product Head
Key Focus: Lead growth, product strategies, P&L, budgets, and team performance.
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred) with 8–10 years’ relevant experience in telecoms/tech.

2. Territory Manager
Key Focus: Oversee site operations, lead teams, drive revenue growth, manage assets, and support CRM use.

3. Systems Administrator
Key Focus: Manage and optimize network infrastructure (wired, wireless, ISP & hotspot), maintain IT security, and manage vendors.
Reports To: Product Head (Dotted line to Chief Operations Officer)

4. Human Resource Officer
Key Focus: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance.

5. Field Technician
Key Focus: Drive sales, manage site operations, provide hands-on technical support (installation & troubleshooting), and safeguard company assets.
Role Focus: 70% Sales & Site Operations | 30% Technical Support
