ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Post daily commercial fuel consumption entries.
• Maintain records of incoming inventory for all product lines.
• Reconcile and balance daily sales and stock levels.
• Manage commercial customer accounts.
• Generate periodic sales reports.
• Support credit collection.
• Any other duties assigned.

Duty Station: Entebbe

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• No prior experience is expected, possession of the same will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
