KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle the front desk or reception area, being the first point of contact for all TCC visitors. • Supervise the cleaning of the organization’s premises. • Manage kitchen supplies/other sundries and inventory. • Support the organization of national meetings, taking minutes and maintaining notes and other events reports as required • In liaison with the Logistics & Transport Officer, handle hotel reservations for local staff during field visits. • Assist the Senior Administrator in planning and coordinating international meetings • Support the Senior Administrator in coordinating day-to-day office management duties. • Handle photocopying of all the necessary materials for office and fieldwork. • Prepare and send letters, emails, and other correspondences to the districts and local partners. • Handle all petty cash payments. • Responsible for handling and delivering documents, packages, and correspondence within and outside the organization as needed • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures. Coordinate efficient office procedures in support of program activities • Maintain professional growth and development of self by identifying educational/training programs, professional organizations, activities, and resources to maintain knowledge of national trends and to promote leading-edge expertise • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A High School diploma or equivalent and five years of clerical or secretarial experience or a bachelor’s degree in related field. Proficiency with various personal computer software applications. Positions in this classification may require keyboarding skills. • Preferred Qualifications: • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Excellent customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven experience in International Development Organizations is highly desirable • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
