• Taking dictation accurately, transcribing it and typing drafts; • Preparing reports, presentations and minutes; • Identifying, managing and operating office facilities, equipment and machines; • Preparing responses to routine correspondence and disseminate information appropriately; • Ensuring security of records, documents and equipment in assigned offices; • Drawing up and monitoring programs, activities and appointments; • Receiving and attending to visitors and clients; • Receiving and dispatching documents; and • Maintaining and accounting for office imprest.
