KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and organize office documents and records • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings • Support daily administrative operations • Maintain organisation databases and ensure data accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration/ accounting or related fields • Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred) • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision • A committed Christian with a heart to serve.
