KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administrative Support: Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
• Grants Administration: Support the research team in grant management, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reporting requirements.
• Correspondence Management: Handle official communications, including drafting and responding to emails, letters, and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Job-related experience and knowledge:
• Proven experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
