• Help establish a mentorship programme in which our customers can supported on their farming • Design audit protocols for sales representatives to utilize during field visits. • Initiate collaborations with other off-takers and input suppliers to benefit our customers. • Assist the marketing team in creating a campaign promoting healthy fish consumption in Uganda. • Develop projects to enhance the accessibility of fish farming inputs. • Participate in initiatives aimed at increasing fish prices in Uganda. • Engage in additional projects that arise to further develop the market.

• Has a bachelor’s degree either in aquaculture, project management or a related field. • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the aquaculture sector, experience with project management is an advantage • Is a fast learner: accurate, analytical and reliable. • Has good typing skills and can work well with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
