• Manage night security operations at Kakira Sugar Limited. • Conduct visible patrols with ISS Patrol Teams to minimize incidents. • Attend customer meetings in the absence of the KSL Security Manager. • Submit daily/weekly/monthly security reports. • Address customer complaints and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Ensure timely and proper reporting of all incidents, making risk mitigation recommendations. • Implement site-specific policies and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. • Mobilize patrol vehicles and motorcycles and ensure the correct allocation of patrol areas. • Provide training and retraining for security personnel. • Ensure HSE requirements are followed, and duties are performed safely. • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders both verbally and in writing. • Conduct proactive risk assessments and identify potential risks. • Lead and motivate the security team to meet performance goals. • Manage and safeguard company assets. • Check the Occurrence Book daily and ensure it is signed. • Manage security officer deployments and site inventory during shift handovers. • Address pay queries and ensure accurate payment of security officers. • Ensure that all security-related documents and plans are in place according to customer and company requirements. • Account for and properly maintain all company assets. • Manage work schedules to meet performance and cost-effective objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or at least 5 years of experience in managing large security operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Military or Police background is an advantage. • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of basic Health & Safety requirements and Fire Arms. • Experience in establishing growth strategies and performance mechanisms. • Ability to adapt to rapid operational changes and diverse cultural environments. • Strong ethical and professional values with self-discipline. • Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
