• (i) Prepare and sell coffee, tea blends, juices, pastries, and related beverages while observing the best brewing methods and hygiene standards. • (ii) Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations and dining areas, including disassembling and washing equipment. • (iii) Train team members on brewing techniques, beverage prepa-ration, food presentation, and customer service best practices.

• A diploma/ Certificate in Hotel and Institutional Catering, Hotel Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution. • A Certificate in Barista Skills is an added advantage. • Relevant experience of at least two years in the Hotel industry as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage role. • Strong knowledge of coffee and tea brewing methods. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
