• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather functional and non-functional requirements • Analyze and document business processes, identify improvement areas, and define optimized workflows • Translate business needs into detailed documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and solution outlines • Support end-to-end project delivery by contributing to design discussions and preparing solutions against requirements • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off of deliverables • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to align on solution direction • Contribute to data analysis activities to support evidence-based decisions • Track and report progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach • 8+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles • Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly • Proficiency in business process mapping tools and documentation standards • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools • Understanding of SQL or basic data analysis is a plus • Exposure to Fintech, or MFS domains is preferred • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based processes • Ability to work across time zones and adapt in a global delivery environment
