COMPETENCIES..
- Strong understanding of value-based seling.
- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of real estate, housing, construction, or related sectors.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or business development.
- An existing network in real estate, banking, construction, or corporate sectors is an added advantage.
- Computer-literate and reliable, with the ability to use digital tools effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
