KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives • Identify new business opportunities, build and nurture strategic relationships with prospective clients • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and standards • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation. • Develop impactful Power Point presentations and develop well thought out Marketing Proposals • Any other duty that may be assigned to you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven track record of success in business development role within the advertising industry. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven working experience in a similar field • This position is open to Ugandan nationals only
