• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with the Incubator’s vision and goals, translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and initiatives and support the CE and leadership team in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. • Design, optimize, and implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Ensure compliance with governance standards and risk management protocols and continuously assess and refine internal workflows for scalability and impact. • Ensure programs are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create impactful interventions. • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from donors, development partners, and private sector stakeholders. Develop compelling proposals and manage donor relationships. • Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance program delivery and resource mobilization. Represent the Incubator in stakeholder engagements and collaborative platforms. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and deliverables. • Lead the development of performance dashboards, M&E frameworks, and impact reports and prepare and present strategic reports to the Board, Exco, and other governance bodies
