The Business Unit Manager, Transtrac, will lead and scale the company’s nationwide and cross-border transport and distribution network. This role owns the complete revenue growth and profit & loss (P&L) of the unit, and is responsible for moving multi-sector cargo across both domestic routes and international borders. A critical focus of this position is driving operational synergy with the Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) team to eliminate transit delays and optimize supply chain efficiency, ensuring rapid end-to-end, on-time delivery while adhering to local and international regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibility Areas:

●      Strategic Leadership & P&L Management — own the unit’s P&L, budgeting, and growth strategy.

●      Transportation & Fleet Operations — oversee routing, dispatch, and fleet fuel/asset optimization.

●      Local Distribution — optimize last-mile delivery, cross-docking, and real-time tracking (TMS/WMS).

●      Regulatory Compliance, Health & Safety — enforce local and cross-border transport regulations.

●      Financial Oversight — manage BU budget, cost control, billing, and payment collection.

●      Stakeholder & Vendor Relations — negotiate carrier contracts and maintain client/regulator relationships.

●      Team Leadership — recruit, train, and mentor drivers, dispatchers, and operations supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years managing cross-border transport corridors and nationwide distribution networks. Strong fleet/asset optimization, C&F collaboration, stakeholder management, leadership, and TMS/software skills required.
