We are Hiring: Butchers (05) – Central Kitchen

Are you a skilled butcher experienced in high-volume meat processing?

Hugamara Group is looking for Butchers in Kampala to handle professional meat cutting, portioning, and marination for our Central Kitchen!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cut, debone, trim, and portion various meats (beef, poultry, lamb, fish) according to company standards.
  2. Execute meat marination and seasoning preparations based on approved recipes and production plans.
  3. Ensure proper storage, labeling, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
  4. Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards while cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications:

  1. Certificate or training in Butchery, Food Production, or a related field (an added advantage).
  2. 2 – 4 years of experience in professional butchery operations.
  3. Strong knowledge of meat handling and storage; experience in high-volume hospitality or Central Kitchen setups is preferred!
