• Prepare the cabin before take-off to ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight. • Prepare accurate reports concerning any significant safety and non-safety issues happening on flights. • Understanding the duties of assigned position during flights. • Adhere to established regulations and procedures. • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.

• Minimum qualification. A diploma from a recognized Institution or an IATA Airline Cabin Crew Certificate • University Degree is an added advantage. • Minimum age 21 years and Maximum 32 years. • Minimum height 160 cm (5.2 ft.) • Minimum arms reach 212 cm (on tiptoes). • Able to swim at least 25 meters unaided. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Out-going personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to inspire guests through innovative hospitality. • Excellent Health and fitness, with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI). • No tattoos or body piercings (Exception of one earring in the lower lobe of each ear for females only.) • Willing to comply with Uganda Airlines medical and health screening requirements. • No criminal record. • Positive, confident, flexible and a friendly attitude. • Adaptive to diverse teams, cultures and fast-changing environments. • Comfortable with irregular hours and working on a roster.
