KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolving customer inquiries.
• Providing product or service information.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to speak fluently in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
