Akiba Expeditions Africa is hiring a Carpenter (Zimmerer) to undertake all types of building and construction activities, like the attic expansion, the improvement of thermal insulation, facade and roof area, roofing and the installation of solar and photovoltaic systems. You must be able to comprehend complicated construction plans and be able to imagine the drawings spatially. You must be knowledgeable with technology for work preparation and the creation of technical drawings, as well operation of CNC-controlled joinery machines. Training will take place both on active construction sites and in vocational training (provided by employers). This program includes work visa sponsorship, German language training, and the chance to gain internationally recognized qualifications.
