KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Conduct regular and thorough inspections at every critical stage of projects.
• 2. Prepare and submit detailed reports on QA/QC inspections and other relevant matters.
• 3. Prepare bills of quantities and draft project schedules using Primavera to support bid preparation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2. At least 5 years of field experience
• 3. Proficient in drafting project schedules using Primavera or MS project.
• 4. Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities
• 5. Ability to drive and possessing a driver’s licence is an added advantage
