KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Vetting of claims forms, ensuring they are properly filled and signed.
• Claims policing.
• Finalising and billing outpatient visits.
• Ensuring all medicines, laboratory tests, and procedures done are invoiced and supported on the claim form.
• Ensuring that all claims are forwarded to finance on time.
• Verifications of drugs issued by the pharmacy to the patients.
• Supervising claims verification assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma in medicine (Clinical Officer).
• 4 years+ experience in claims verification or related field.
