KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community partners, to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Budget Management:
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial plans
• Monitor project expenditures, track budget compliance, and report on financial performance
• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Oversee data collection activities related to project outcomes and impacts
• Analyze project data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure project effectiveness
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Team Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and synergy across various project components
• Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Training and Capacity Building:
• Develop and deliver training programs for project staff, partners, and community members
• Identify opportunities for capacity building and skill development within the project teams

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Project Management, Sustainable Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the clean cooking industry or related environmental sectors
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Communication skills in both written and spoken English and French or Portuguese
• Previous experience working on projects related to clean cooking or the last mile industry
