Job Description
EV Assets Management Uganda Limited (EVAM) is seeking a Customer Experience Champion to support battery swapping operations for electric motorcycles at our swap stations. This is a hands-on, physical role (not a desk job) that involves battery handling and swapping to ensure riders receive fast, reliable service. You will also serve as the face of GOGO Electric, helping deliver a smooth and positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing charged batteries, performing battery swaps, and ensuring safe, efficient service at the station.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Swap Performance
Accurately execute battery swap transactions within the established service time standards,
strictly following all operational procedures and guidelines. - Station Readiness & Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Ensure the station operates in full compliance with health and safety protocols,
guaranteeing that all battery handling, charging, and customer service activities are
conducted safely, protecting people, equipment, and property. - Attendance & Work Discipline
Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time, and remain fully engaged throughout the
assigned shift to support smooth station operations. Uphold high standards of
professionalism, with no record of misconduct or negative customer feedback. - Professionalism
Exhibit a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanour at all times, representing EVAM’s
commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Holds a minimum of a UACE or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- A diploma or equivalent from a recognised institution is an added advantage.
- Possesses strong customer service skills and is committed to representing the voice of the customer.
- Proficient in the use of smartphones and mobile applications for work-related tasks.
- Is honest, trustworthy, and displays a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Is physically able to lift 25 kilograms over 40 times a day.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Luganda, and/or other local languages.
