KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Client Interaction & Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
• 2. Order Management.
• Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer requests and transactions.
• 3. Complaint Resolution.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company
• policies.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• 4. Customer Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
• Record customer preferences and feedback to help improve service delivery.
• 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams.
• Coordinate with tailoring, stitching, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
• 6. Administrative Duties.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM or company database.
• Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and feedback.
• 7. Upholding Brand Image.
• Represent Rolaam Fashions professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s values and
• commitment to quality.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
• At least 6 months experience in a customer service role, internship or a related field
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Fair understanding of financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
