• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed.
• Order Management: Manage customer orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving issues of orders.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the customers, identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback, providing insights to improve products or services.

• Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skill is key.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with focus on building relationships with the customers.
• Problem Solving Skill: The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and services is important.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in customer management software, emails, and other customer service tools.
• Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
• Education: A minimum of a certificate in a related field from a certified institute.
