• Enter, verify and perform quality checks on specific Case Report Forms for sponsored clinical trials. • Promptly respond to queries from the trial data coordinating center. • Perform source data verification as needed. • Submit routine and ad hoc status reports on data entry progress to the data team head and study coordinator. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the lead supervisor(s), or any other relevant persons attached to the above activities. • Diploma or Bachelors in Statistics or IT Related Training, Computer Science, Business administration, Information Technology, Data Management or related qualifications. • Current certification for • Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and • Human Subjects Protection (HSP) training for research in human subjects. • Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. • Data Entry/Management Using Web-based Electronic Data Capture Software RedCap, OpenClinica, Clinical Ink or other 21 CFR Part 11 compliant data entry platform • Good keyboarding skills (at least 45-50 words per minute general typing speed) with low entry error rate (< 1%). • Minimal errors. • Attention to detail. • Works well with others. • Experience; • Previous experience in both online or offline data entry for biomedical research or human clinical trials for at least 2 years.
