• Generate and share lists of potential participants with study teams to facilitate engagement with the former for purposes of study recruitment. • Prepare study participant files in line with the study schedule of events. • Develop study participant visit calendars. • Conduct quality control checks on study CRFs completed during participant study visits. • Conduct entry of collected study data from source forms into the study database. • Develop and routinely update the general data and study specific data management standard operating procedures. • Train staff on the Study Data Management requirements. • Conduct safe storage & archival of study documents/participant files. • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree in Statistics, Computer science or related course. • Other medical licensure or certification preferred (i.e. GCP/HSP certification). • At least 2 years’ experience in HIV research conduct or HIV programming.
