Job Title: QSSU- AU – DATA SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Purpose of the Job 

Responsible for analyzing and enhancing 5G channel performance to ensure efficiency and delivery of organizational targets. This includes building end-to-end business reporting visibility, strengthening intelligence capability, identifying trends, and proposing appropriate improvement measures.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities  

Reporting  

• Provide timely and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports to the sales team and management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.

KPI Analysis  

• Drive implementation of channel performance KPI visibility and daily reporting.
• Analyze sales and operational performance trends to support decision-making.

Efficiency and Productivity  

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs aimed at achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
• Support the achievement of departmental business objectives as assigned by the line manager.

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

• Work closely with Business Excellence and Marketing teams to ensure channel master files are updated and accurately mapped.
• Support accurate reporting and commission payment processes.

Compliance  

• Ensure departmental and channel process compliance through monitoring and reporting of churn and decay.
• Maintain adherence to organizational reporting standards and procedures.

Prime Responsibility  

• Accountable for report accuracy, KPI tracking, and analysis related to channel performance.

Requirements

Skills critical to the role: 

• Education & Skill – Minimum Degree or its equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel
• Ability to build collaboration to work through problems and build tenable solutions with the team
• Result orientation and strong execution ability
