• 1. Experience: • o A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a dental clinical role. • o Practical expertise in diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing dental procedures, and providing preventive care services. • 2. Education: • o A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Medicine and Dental Surgery or its equivalent from a recognized institution. • 3. Licensure: • o A valid annual practicing license issued by the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council • 4. Additional Qualities: • o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • o A patient-centric approach and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. • o Knowledge of modern dental technologies and practices will be an added advantage.
