Requirements

Experience in digital marketing

Knowledge of the above tools is important and an added advantage.

A qualification in any course or study relevant to the above systems is an added advantage, but not required.
Other added advantages

Ability to implement updates, patches, and security protocols; conduct regular audits to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.

Ability to handle website maintenance: updates, plugins, hosting, SEO tweaks, and performance optimization using tools like Wix.

Ability to support email platforms: automation workflows, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and integration with CRM/analytics.

Ability to liaise with our digital tool providers, resolve escalations, and recommend tool upgrades or migrations based on business needs.

Ability to document processes, create user guides, and provide training to team members on platform usage.

Ability to analyze system performance, generate reports on uptime/downtime, and proactively address issues to support marketing campaigns.
