• Responsible for conducting physical repairs and maintenance of Imprint Hope Vehicles. • Prepare maintenance schedules for Imprint Hope Vehicles. • Prepare reports on trends and common problems and contribute to developing solutions & share with the supervisor. Facilitate vehicle servicing and repairs as needed; • Drive Imprint Hope vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel, Imprint Hope beneficiaries and delivery and collection of supplies and equipment as directed by supervisor • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle • carry out driver responsible tasks as detailed by supervisor • perform other repairs and arrange for external repairs and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas/fuel consumption, and assist with the annual vehicle inspection. • Provide advice on procurement of spare parts. • Adhere to Imprint Hope’s Driver Policy at all times. • Vehicle cleaning, always ensure that all vehicles are cleaned and presentable

• 1- Valid Ugandan Driver’s License. • 2- Mechanical Certification • 3- 5+ years of driving experience • 4- Fluent English and Luganda speaker. • 6- Experience with operations of an NGO is a plus • 7- Experience working with or knowledge about persons with disabilities is a plus • 8- Strong oral communication skills • 9- Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills • 10- Exceptional integrity and ability to hold other accountable to IH Policies/procedures without exception. • 11- Ability to manage stress, prioritize, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
