Position: Estates Manager
Employer: A Real Estate Company
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Nalukolongo and Estates Sites
JOB PURPOSE
The Estates Manager is responsible for the management, supervision, and administration of the company’s estates and properties. The role ensures proper land demarcation, resolution of plot-related issues, infrastructure maintenance, environmental management, budgeting, and reporting across all estates under the company’s portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Diploma in Surveying (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in estate management or land surveying.
- Knowledge of land laws and property management practices.
- Experience managing contractors and field teams is an added advantage.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Strong technical surveying skills
- Conflict resolution and client handling ability
- Budget preparation and cost control skills
Strong reporting and documentation skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both in office and field environments
- High integrity and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: UGX 1,500,000/= per month (Net), depending on experience and competency level.
- Assigned company vehicle.
- Fuel facilitation for official fieldwork (where applicable).
- Airtime allowance for client and field coordination.
