KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shoe conveyor production line.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
