• Training Program Development: Design and implement effective training programs for new maid recruits, including cleaning techniques, household organization, customer service, and health & safety standards. • Hands-On Training: Conduct practical, on-the-job training in real household environments, demonstrating proper cleaning techniques, the use of cleaning products, and time management. • Skills Evaluation: Assess trainees’ progress throughout the training period, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they meet performance expectations. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all trainees understand and can perform the required duties in a professional and efficient manner, adhering to company guidelines and client expectations. • Client Expectations Alignment: Train maids to understand and cater to specific client preferences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of trainees’ progress, certifications, and areas of improvement. Provide regular reports to management regarding training outcomes. • Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and household trends to ensure the training program remains relevant and effective. • Soft Skills Development: Train recruits on soft skills such as communication, professionalism, and handling delicate household situations with respect and discretion. • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all training is in line with local regulations and company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and ethical behavior. • Travelling for business purposes • Meeting up with clients
