Field-Based Technicians – (Fiber, Power & Telecom Infrastructure)

Soliton Telmec is recruiting qualified Field-Based Technicians for regional deployment across East Africa to support optical fiber backbone, access networks, and telecom infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include fiber installation and maintenance, splicing and testing, troubleshooting, active telecom equipment configuration, power systems support, and site infrastructure upkeep.
Candidates must hold a Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, ICT, Networking, or related field, with hands-on experience in fiber networks and telecom installations. Ability to work independently in remote environments and willingness to travel across East Africa required. Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
