Deli Group is seeking dynamic, results-driven and customer-focused Field Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Uganda.

Location: Kampala, Central region

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of stationery and office supplies within assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new customers, businesses, institutions and corporate accounts.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular field visits and actively promote the company’s products.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Support product distribution and ensure effective market coverage.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain updated customer records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and distribution within the Ugandan market.
• Previous experience specifically in stationery and office supplies sales is MANDATORY.
• Strong knowledge of the stationery and office supplies market in Uganda.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively and deliver results in the field.
• Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks is an added advantage.
