Anchor Machines is seeking a detail oriented Finance Officer to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow, receivables, and loan-book monitoring..

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow reports, and dashboards.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, expense claims, and reconciliations.
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, arrears, collections, and portfolio risk.
• Follow up receivables and support credit-control and recovery actions.
• Develop financial models for the business.
• Maintain fixed-asset records, support tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and reporting
• Work with operations and commercial teams to ensure accurate billing and transaction profitability.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• ACCA or CPA required; (advanced-level finalists may be considered.)
• At least 3 years’ experience in accounting, audit, credit, lending, leasing, fintech, or a related commercial environment.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, reconciliations, and financial modelling.
• Loan-book monitoring, receivables, collections, or credit-control experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; accounting software, Power Query, dashboards, or Bl experience is desirable.
