CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) LTD is hiring Financial Advisors for Kampala, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale and Jinja to provide continuous services to clients, identify and develop a strong pool of prospects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities and provide market intelligence on Ordinary Life products.
• Prepare proposals and quotations in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Achieve budgeted premium targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure timely premium collection to support policy persistence.
• Maximize sales profitability through effective closing of sales.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least one (1) year of sales experience within the service industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and computer skills.
