• Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years’ experience in fleet management, preferably in large-scale or multi-site operations. • Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills. • Proven ability to implement systems, policies, and processes that drive efficiency. • Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and reporting capabilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software. • Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel regularly to the field. • WHY JOIN US • At Kijani Forestry, you’ll lead a mission-driven team that’s transforming lives and landscapes.
